Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ember + Edit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup instructions will be included in your order-ready notification.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately at admin@emberandedit.com if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.

Ember + Edit is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, contact us at admin@emberandedit.com, and we will assist you with the available next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly at admin@emberandedit.com with your order number and photos of the package and merchandise.
